Address general issues with telecommunications vendors and Inter and Intra-collaborative service partners.Monitor adherence to SLAs and OLAs, and create monthly violations reports for USCG telecommunications circuits and services.Produce and deliver monthly billing reports, identifying valid and invalid billing across all billing systems and contracts as compared against the authorized services ordered and installed.Identify and rectify errors found in orders, billing, or inventory with the vendor, GSA, or other third parties on a monthly basis and if necessary, escalate thru the COR (or assigned COR Representatives).Provide expert analysis and consultation in supporting and facilitating post award selection implementation and transition.Assist in development and implementation of the agency’s acquisition strategy and process for transition and transformation of the USCG’s Local Voice Services and Wide Area Network from various Government Services Administration (GSA) and Local Exchange Carrier contracts to the GSA Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract and GSA MAS Information Technology (old GSA IT Schedule 70) contract.The selected candidate must have proven experience working with major telecommunications vendors, and in-depth knowledge of GSA contract transition activities, including tracking services through new contract ramp up and old contract close out.
